Movement Meditation

Standing still, maintaining the status quo and stagnating are all results of lack of movement. Our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body can only grow if we move - take some or other form of action.
Whether it is dancing, walking, jogging or stimulating our minds, movement brings an added spark of life. It is a celebration of life. In today's world we spend so much time sitting at our desks, computers, in our car, in front of the TV. Make time every day to honour your body by taking a walk in nature, dancing, skipping - MOVE and ignite your life force.
