I wish I had a magic wand to wave up in the sky
To make this world a better place , for us, for you and I
I guess I am a dreamer, but I would have it no other way
It has got me through my yesterday's, as well as for today
I thank God for the beauty that is in each and every thing
From nature's lovely flowers to the songs a bird can sing
To watch in absolute wonder as the seasons amaze us still
From Winter, Spring and Summer, untill we have our fill
The scent of apple-blossoms gently drifting on a breeze
To snow-covered mountains, a view our minds will seize
With each other we can share this all, from

Life's Beautiful Struggle
Life's beautiful struggle we do endure
Mingled with paramount moments and
the subtle scent of purpose
Vivid hues layered amongst euphoria and
blanketed with unforgettable sorrow
Vast is our knowledge that one day of happiness
far outweighs many of sadness
And yet we still follow our hearts to have them
broken and left in pieces
Tis better to have known fleeting love than to
exist a lifetime in utter loneliness
The taste of pliant giving to another cannot be
described unless felt in reality
Life's beautiful struggle we will endure..
So many times we do not see
That all of life is just a memory
Of days gone past both bad and good
And so we dream, as dream we should
But one should always keep in mind
That a memory is a day behind
Live for today with its joy and sorrow
For today is the memory we dream of tomorrow
As long as there are more who give than those who take
Pray there are more who forgive than forsake
See there are more who love than who hate
Then tomorrow is guided and not left to fate

Rain - CPTSD COMING
Rain, it is coming down flooding ore my soul
Rain, it is coming down drowning now my heart
Rain, it is coming down in waves sweeping away my spirit
Your voice was the thunder of the storm
Your words the lightening that cut away life's warmth
Your eyes the black clouds that then filled my own, heavy is their growth
Rain, it is coming down as the storm in my eyes breaks
Rain, it is streaming down my cheeks till it I can its saltiness taste
Rain, it is making raindrops, on my clothes, marks of a heart's pain
But I have been slashed before by words thrust forth and proven false swords
But I have been stabbed before by caresses that were
In the corner of the garden is the tree where dreamers meet
So sleep little dreamer sleep...
Let sweet slumber take you little dreamer close your eyes
And I'll meet you in the garden where we'll dance with fireflies
We'll search for fallen stars that have crashed into the sea
We'll outrun the sands of time, little dreamer, you and me
Capturing moonbeams in bottles, sending wishes on the breeze
Lying back in the long grass under the canopy of trees
Watching as night fades away and the sun begins to rise
Now it's time to leave the garden little dreamer open your eyes
In the corner of the garden is the tree where dreamers meet

The moments cascade around me like petals,
Falling to the ground in ceremonious leisure,
Happiness flutters by like the sound of a heart singing,
And all I can think about is the joy of the seconds passing.
Yet a cloud comes to darken the gloried parade,
It shadows the trees and rages around my soul,
It threatens to dampen my rapture and fill me with sadness,
And I await this event with apprehension.
With each drop that forms, a lake surrounds me,
It pools at my feet and I start to sink in its depths,
On land there was no need to know how to swim,
So I drown and I am left to float on the waters.
If I had thought of all eventualiti
