The Visual Sentiments contest is held by FrozenStarRo  andflordelys  [link]In this image I have tried to portray feelings of intense sadness and a desperate plea. We woke one morning to find the sad little body of this fruit bat in our garden. He was lying, eyes open in the sand. Unfortunately in the farming community in which we live, there are still far too many farmers spraying poisons. Poison which more than likely killed this beautiful, poor, harmless creature. My plea is to all humans out there to learn to live with and not against nature. Yes, poison kills, there is a sense of beauty and horror all mixed into this picture. It's very ironic, powerful, and dramatic!
